The fewest fights to become a four-belt undisputed world boxing champion (male) is 15, achieved by Oleksandr Usyk (Ukraine) from 9 November 2013 to 21 July 2018. He became the first-ever cruiserweight undisputed world champion with victory over Murat Gassiev in the final of the World Boxing Super Series at Olimpiysky Sports Complex in Moscow, Russia, on 21 July 2018.

Usyk won the WBO title with victory over Krzysztof Glowacki on 17 September 2016 and claimed the WBC title against Mairis Briedis on 27 January 2018 before adding the IBF and WBA belts against Gassiev. The inaugural winner of the World Boxing Super Series, Usyk was awarded the Muhammad Ali Trophy. He has fought six title fights, none in his home country.
