The largest gathering of people wearing two-piece pyjamas / pajamas (single venue) is 2,051 people and was achieved by IKEA (Sweden), in Älmhult, Skane, Sweden on 28 August 2024.

The attempt marked the beginning of a year-long initiative for IKEA focused on improving sleep for many people. An internal communication stated, ‘The world record attempt marks the kick-off for the start of this year’s Extraordinary Growth focus, Complete Sleep, and what better way to start this than together, with as many co-workers as we can’.
