My name's Paul Scardino, also known in the Funko world as the Popthusiast, and I just
0:04
broke the Guinness World Record for the largest Funko Pop collection again this year
0:09
We're gonna take a look at the collection now. So the first area here is animation
0:13
So a lot of Dragon Ball Z, a lot of Super Saiyans up there
0:17
My favorite out of the Simpsons are the two aliens, which came in a two-pack several years ago
0:24
Super cool. And then we have a ton of Care Bears. So the next section is all movies
0:29
So this is seven shows. King Kong, Godzilla, Avatar, remake of Dune, Mad Max, The Matrix, and Planet of the Apes
0:39
So these are kind of the most recent versions of those. The new Barbie movie
0:43
A lot of Tom Hanks movies at the top here. That was a really neat pop that they did
0:48
Jurassic World. So a lot of dinosaurs. Here's another one, the kitchen scene
0:55
A couple sections of Harry Potter. Bunch of different Harrys from playing Quidditch to in his robes with his owl to the sorting
1:03
hat scene. Original set of Universal monsters, along with a six-inch Jaws shark
1:09
This area is all DC. 18-inch Batman. So there's two shelves of video games
1:16
Sonic the Hedgehog and Mega Man. A bunch of Crash Bandicoot pops, Spyro, Resident Evil
1:22
And then on the other side of the DC video game pops, we have the Marvel Comics pops
1:27
So the first couple shelves here are the comic book versions of characters, and then as you
1:31
go down, there's the movie MCU. Yes, that's a life-size baby Gert
1:38
It's Thor in the goat boat. So this whole wall here, all the way down to the right, are my sports pops
1:47
So on the other side of the basement, and so this is the Star Wars shelves
1:51
So this is categorized by the original movies on this side, and then the Clone Wars
1:57
And then on the left-hand side, we have the newer versions of the movies
2:01
And my most valuable pop is this guy right here, Jesse Pinkman, Comic-Con exclusive from
2:06
Breaking Bad. So there's seven shelves of television, the office, and then here's all the several Dwights
2:13
that they've made. My favorite Dwight pop from the CPR scene, where they're learning CPR and he ends up
2:19
cutting the mask off and putting it on his face. Furry Bob Ross, where his fro is furry
2:25
So the next section is Disney. So many Disney pops. From Aladdin, we have the Genie in Aladdin at the makeshift game show
2:34
We have Kronk and Yzma on the throne. Disney princesses and different variants of Disney princesses
2:40
We have WWE pops. And then next to the WWE pops are the rock stars, the musicians
2:46
But I also wanted to show this pop. This is me. Funko started a pop yourself line
2:51
So you can go online, pick different accessories and outfits and different things
2:57
So I just picked a couple accessories, a Funko Pop, and then like a trophy for Guinness
3:02
glasses and a beard, and this is how it came out. Here is the updated certificate for the Funko Pop world largest collection, 8,002 pops
3:13
So this is the third time that I'm breaking this particular record for the largest Funko
3:17
Pop collection. I love Funko Pops so much because they, to me, are a way to connect with other people
3:24
as well. So we all share a lot of common passions and have a lot of differences, but also share
3:30
a lot of commonality. And I think Funko Pops are one way to connect with other people, whether they agree with
3:36
you or not. I actually use Funko Pops at my mental health therapy practice to help connect with kids
3:43
and adults and just find out more about them and what they like
3:48
If you want to see more of my collection videos or content, you know, check out my social
